Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Introduction & acceptance
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Ammario governing your access to and use of the Ammario platform, including the admin application, the end-user feedback portal, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating a workspace, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you accept these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide notice as described in section 15. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
2. Service description
Ammario is a multi-tenant, cloud-hosted (SaaS) customer-feedback, roadmap, and changelog platform. It lets teams collect feature requests and feedback, let users vote and comment, publish a public roadmap and changelog, and run all of it on their own custom domain. The Service is provided on an “as is” basis and its availability is subject to the underlying hosting infrastructure.
3. Accounts & registration
Admin accounts are authenticated through Clerk, our identity provider. You agree to provide accurate registration information for your workspace, to keep your credentials secure, and to take responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@ammario.com if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your workspace.
End users of your feedback portal may submit posts, votes, and comments, and may optionally provide an email address to identify themselves. You are responsible for the conduct and content within the workspaces you administer.
4. Subscriptions & payment
Paid plans are billed through Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Recordand authorized payment processor for all Ammario transactions. Paddle handles billing, payment collection, and tax. By purchasing a subscription you also agree to Paddle’s buyer terms.
Refund policy
Consumers are entitled to a 14-day refund window: you may request a full refund within 14 days of your transaction. Refunds are initiated and processed through Paddle. As this is a digital service made available immediately, statutory digital-content exceptions may apply once the Service has been accessed. We do not refund unused portions of a billing period after the 14-day window, and we reserve discretion to decline refunds in cases of fraud or abuse. Approved refunds are reimbursed within 14 days using the same payment method, with no additional fees.
How to request a refund
Contact support@ammario.com with your account email, your Paddle transaction ID(found in your Paddle order confirmation email), and the reason for your request — or contact Paddle support directly. Requests are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
Auto-renewal & cancellation
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your workspace billing settings or by emailing support@ammario.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period and you retain access until then. A failed payment does not relieve you of amounts owed. We may change pricing with at least 30 days’ notice to existing subscribers; where a technical failure prevents the Service from functioning, our remedy is to repair the issue or issue a refund.
Card data is never stored on our servers. All payment-card processing and PCI DSS compliance are handled by Paddle.
5. Your data & ownership
Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of the content and records in your workspace — including posts, votes, comments, roadmap and changelog entries, and end-user records. Ammario acts as a data processor that stores and processes this content on your behalf to provide the Service.
Portability is a core promise of Ammario. You can export your workspace data at any time with one-click CSV/JSON export, run the portal on your own custom domain, and rely on automatic 301 redirects so you keep your search rankings if you move. There is no lock-in. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Ammario software for the duration of an active subscription.
6. Data retention & deletion
On cancellation, your workspace data is retained for a limited grace window so you can reactivate or export it, after which it is deleted from active systems. We strongly recommend exporting your data before cancelling. Some records may be retained longer where required for legal, tax, or compliance purposes. See our Privacy Policy for detailed retention periods.
7. Data usage & product improvement
We use usage data and anonymized, aggregate analytics to operate, secure, and improve the Service. This processing is conducted in compliance with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR and CCPA, as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Third-party services & sub-processors
Ammario relies on trusted sub-processors to deliver the Service, including cloud hosting providers, Paddle (payments / Merchant of Record), Clerk (authentication), and email delivery providers. We are not liable for outages or failures of third-party services outside our control. All third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
9. Availability & disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and provide no uptime guarantee except where set out in a separate written agreement.
10. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, harvest, or bulk-extract data except via the provided export tools;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of the Service;
- circumvent security controls or access data you are not authorized to access;
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to impersonate others;
- interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
11. Intellectual property
Ammario and its licensors own all rights in the Service software, brand, and related intellectual property. These Terms grant you no rights in our trademarks or software other than the limited license described in section 5.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful activity. Where a refund is appropriate following termination, it is handled on a case-by-case basis through Paddle.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ammario is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Data protection & privacy
Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. It explains the rights available to data subjects in the EU/EEA (GDPR) and California (CCPA) and how to contact us.
15. Modifications to these Terms
For material changes, we will provide notice by email or in-app at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after that period constitutes acceptance.
16. Dispute resolution & governing law
The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith. The governing law and the courts or venue for any unresolved dispute are set out below and remain to be confirmed.
